Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, you may return or exchange eligible items under the conditions below.
- Return window: Eligible textiles may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition & hygiene: Items must be unused, unwashed, free of odors/hair, and in original packaging with all labels, ties, and accessories (e.g., foam inserts, elastic straps). For hygiene reasons, used or laundered items cannot be accepted unless defective.
- Sizing trials: You may try a slipcover for fit on a clean sofa. Do not use for daily seating or remove hygiene tags before deciding to keep it.
- Non-returnable: Custom or made-to-measure covers, personalized embroidery, and clearance items marked “final sale”.
- Proof of purchase: A valid receipt, order number, or invoice is required.
- Damaged/defective on arrival: Contact us within 72 hours with photos. We will offer a replacement or refund after verification.
- Process: Request an RMA before shipping items back. Unapproved returns may be refused.
- Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after receipt and inspection. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.
- Return shipping: Unless the item is defective or incorrect, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and adequate packaging to prevent transit damage.
